Now it is easier than ever to add fibre to your diet with Benefiber, a 100% natural fibre that you can mix with almost anything.
Its Taste free, Grit free, Non-Thickening, so it wont alter the taste or texture of your foods or beverages.
Active Ingredients:
Dietary Fibre: paritally hydrolyzed guar gum (100%)- Gluten Free. Should be stored at controlled room temperature 20-25C and protected from moisture. 3/4 tablespoon (4g) contains 3 grams of dietary fibre.
Dosage:
Stir 3/4 tablespoon of Benefiber Powder into at least 1/2 cup of any beverage or soft food (hot or cold). stir well until dissolved. Not recommeded for carbonated beverages. Users should start by taking 3/4 tablespoon (4g) per day and gradually increase intake after several days as required. This will allow your system to adjust to a higher fibre intake.
Warnings:
12years-Adult: Do not exceed 20g per day. 7-11 years: Do not exceed 10g per day
Purpose:
Benefiber is a powder that dissolves completely in liquids and soft foods without altering the taste and without thickening. It does not contain any fat or cholesterol. And because you add it to your existing diet it wont disrupt your eating habits.
