Shipping within New Zealand & Overseas:
Take advantage of our FREE delivery NATIONWIDE for purchases $50 and over. For purchases under $50, a $5 shipping fee will apply. Delivery within NZ should be within 2-7 business days unless otherwise advised and depending on Public Holidays. We are not able to deliver parcels to PO BOXES so please state a physical address. We prefer to deliver to your work address (if you are not at home) so it can be signed for. See below "Signature Required" for more info.
We can to RURAL areas. Rural deliveries may take 2-4 more days to deliver. Rural deliveries do NOT incur an extra charge but please clearly note the Rural District number (RD#) in your address details or at least indicate it is a rural delivery.
We have now extended our business to overseas customers. International shipping charges will apply: $20 per Kg
Delivery for overseas customers varies between 7-14 business days depending on Public Holidays and if there are flight delays. International parcels are not track-and-traceable and if you so wish to have traceable parcels, we are able to offer $25 Courier (for Australia up to 2 Kg) and $40 Courier (rest of the world up to 1Kg). If a parcel is oversized/bulky or heavy, we will contact you if there are additional freight fees payable. Express shipping overseas is also available; please email us for a quote.
Signature Required on Delivery:
As of the 1st of December 2019, we require a signature on receipt for all our parcels in New Zealand to protect your product and protect us, to avert any dispute. This is because there has been lot of theft of parcels recently so it's to provides insurance if your product is lost or stolen. If you are not at the delivery address, the courier will usually leave a “Card to Call” where you can re-direct the delivery or pick it up from the Courier Depot. You can request "no-signature", but if you do so, we will NOT be liable for any loss should the courier driver have left your parcel in the letterbox or door-step.
If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address provided or if it was not picked up, we are not responsible for extra shipping costs that maybe incurred for re-delivery of the parcel. Should a refund be requested in this case, we will charge you a 20% re-stocking fee and the shipping fee. We are not liable for failure to deliver on a timely basis due to circumstances beyond our control. Once a parcel leaves our premises, deliveries become beyond our control.
Some items may be "Supplier Out of Stock" and in that case, we will email you & inform you that is the case and the ETA (expected time of arrival) to our pharmacy and we will do our best to retrieve the products for you. Therefore in such cases, your delivery will fall outside of the expected "Shipping times" mentioned above and your virtuous patience will be much appreciated.
Please ensure your delivery address provided is secure and someone is available to pick up the parcel. We are not responsible for damage or loss of the product once it has reached its destination. Please notify us if there are special instruction for delivering your products especially if you live in an apartment building or if you have a secure gate or a dog etc. Give us instructions on how to ring the apartment or whether the parcel can be given to the building manager/reception and/or any other necessary information to be passed on to the courier.
Perfumes/Flammables/Aerosols/Nail Polishes and Alcohol-containing substances (Dangerous Goods):
We are unable to send Dangerous Goods overseas with no exceptions. Within NZ, we can only courier it by "road transport" with a "Dangerous Goods Courier Ticket" which will incur an extra $10 fee per parcel if you are outside of AUCKLAND. In such a case, we will have to email you and ask you to pay for the extra freight fee. However, if you have bought such an item in bulk, we will waive it for you. Please note that "road transport" also means a shipping delay by few days depending how far you are from Auckland. This is in accordance with the NZ Postal Services Act 1998, Civil Aviation Act 1990 and Aviation Crimes Act 1972.
We send all cold products with an ice pack in an insulated bag or container. We can only send them Monday-Thursday and to NZ Addresses only so expect a product delay if you purchased such a product later in the week. Please make sure someone is available at the provided address to pick up and refrigerate the product on arrival as we are not responsible and will not compensate the loss if the cold item has been kept in the courier depot/warehouse.
The product might perish if we send it overseas so we do not deliver such products other than to NZ addresses.
Customs & Border Protection:
Due to strict NZ Customs Regulations, we are unable to delivery any Baby Milk or any other Dairy products outside New Zealand. Please do not purchase these products if your delivery address is not in New Zealand as we will charge you 20% refund fee (excluding freight fee) if you had placed an order for such products with disregard to this notice.
You must be aware of your own countries Customs regulation on importing products from our website prior to ordering. You are responsible for any loss or damage if Customs/Border Protection seized your product and then either inspected/opened/damaged or destroyed it, we will not be able to give you a refund. Some medicines which are for sale on this website may be restricted in other countries and therefore may require you to present a valid prescription (from your doctor) to your country's relevant health authority in order to pick up your parcel. We are not responsible for any extra costs incurred as a result.
The following countries have a lower standard of delivering parcels and have a higher incidence of missing parcels, so we are not obliged to give any compensation if you are from the following countries: Afghanistan, Ethiopia, Ghana, India, Indonesia, Iraq, Iran, Myanmar, Nigeria, North Korea, Pakistan, Papua New Guinea, Greece, Philippines.
