Description & UseOtrivin Nasal Spray is a decongestant. It works by constricting (shrinking) blood vessels. The nasal formulation acts directly on the blood vessels in the nasal tissues. Constriction of the blood vessels in the nose and sinuses leads to a decrease in congestion.DosageBlow nose gently to clear, insert nozzle into nostril and press applicator firmly once while sniffing deeply, withdraw nozzleand release applicator, repeat in other nostril, wipe nozzle and replace cap.Active IngredientsXylometazoline hydrochloride 1mg/ml.Storage & DisposalStore below 25?WarningsDo not use over the recommended dose. Consult your doctor is you are pregnant, or could become pregnant or if you are breastfeeding, or if you are taking other medication. If congestion persists for more then 3 days, seek medical advise. Each pack should be used by only one person, for reasons of hygiene. Brief stinging or sneezing may occur. Excessive use may damage the lining of the nose. If irritation occurs, discontinue use.
